The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 9 members.
The by-laws of the association (point 8.2) enables the board of directors to fill any vacancy that arises in a position of director for the unexpired portion of the vacancy.
The names of the members who make up the board of directors, the end of their term of office and their location are as follows:
